What does this mean for equitable access to healthcare services and rights of children?

While 95% of all people with HIV have been diagnosed in South Africa, only 85.5% of kids with the virus have been diagnosed. 81% of all diagnosed people are on treatment, but only 76% of diagnosed kids are.
