The HIV Cure Knowledge & Innovation Hub is a collaborative platform designed to accelerate progress toward an equitable and inclusive HIV cure. It brings together research, policy, implementation, and community leadership to bridge the gap between scientific advancement and real-world impact.

Despite significant progress in HIV treatment, access to cure research, knowledge, and innovation remains uneven, particularly for communities most affected by HIV. This hub responds to that gap by creating a coordinated space for learning, collaboration, and action, ensuring that cure efforts are informed by both science and lived experience.

A single infusion of immune cells suppressed HIV for 2 years!

A new treatment regimen helping patients with blood cancer could be effective in suppressing HIV. Researchers from the University of California, San Francisco, told The New York Times that two individuals in a trial saw HIV presence lower to undetectable levels following an experimental infusion of engineered immune cells. Detailed data on findings will soon be presented in full to the American Society of Gene and Cell Therapy in Boston. https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/caring-cross-announces-promising-clinical-data-with-single-dose-anti-hiv-car-t-cell-therapy-302768727.html
