Early Identification and Risk Assessment
Finding every child and PBFW at risk of HIV, Hep B, and Syphilis, before they are left behind Goal: Ensure no child and PBFW at risk remain unidentified.
Triple Elimination
Preventing new infections among children by initiating every HIV, Hep B, and Syphilis diagnosed PBFW on optimized treatment. Goal: Eliminate vertical transmission of HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B.
Linkage to Care, Treatment & Viral Suppression
Connecting children and PBFW to sustainable treatment, care, and support services Goal: Achieve healthy outcomes and sustained viral suppression for all children with HIV.
