RFP: Development and Deployment of a Community Outreach & HIV Screening Digital Tool

Proposals are invited from qualified technology vendors and developers to design, deploy, and support a comprehensive Digital Tool for Household Screening and Community Outreach. The core objective of this digital system is to empower field workers to identify children at risk of HIV and other social ills, seamlessly manage health facility referrals, and track the successful completion of HIV testing referrals.
